Overview
This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to advance to Team Leadership, Marketing, or Wealth Advisor roles.
While experience in finance-related industries is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We are more interested in your diverse and unique skills and experiences.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must effectively collaborate with Advisors, clients, and centers of influence to complete various tasks and duties.
This position requires someone who is creative, detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and can prioritize multiple ongoing tasks.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Assist Wealth Advisors in servicing existing clients and onboarding new clients
- Regularly engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual tools
- Respond to client requests promptly
- Assist the Advisors in preparing client presentations
- Maintain a working knowledge of the investment industry
- Contribute to the execution and co-development of Marketing and Communication plans
Candidates must be tech-savvy and open to ongoing education.
Compensation will be negotiated based on experience and skills, including a full-time salary and bonus structure. A comprehensive benefits package is also available.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Post Secondary Education.
Experience in a service related role.
