Overview

We are looking to add an additional team member at Metcalfe’s Garage Ltd who will be responsible for clerical duties as well managing website updates and social media.

Duties the successful applicant will be responsible for are:
• Update paperwork and files
• Enter and verify payables invoices
• Run errands
• Manage loyalty programs
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Answer incoming calls
• Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategy to align with business goals
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging text, image, and video content
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency and timely promotional coverage
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends
• Assist in organizing and executing social media campaigns
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
• Any other duties needed to help drive our Vision and promote our Mission

Qualifications

Do you have the following skills and traits that make you our newest team asset?
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of social media apps
• Data entry skills
• Excellent multitasking skills and a strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time and multi-task
• Courteous and professional manner
