Heritage Co-op is currently accepting applications for the Facilities Technician role, aimed at supporting facility maintenance and repair across various locations in Western Manitoba. Role Summary: The Facilities Technician will report to the Team Leader of Facilities and will be responsible for preventative maintenance, repair, and project support across Heritage Co-op locations, primarily in Brandon and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate will have relevant maintenance experience, including skills in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical repair, and must be comfortable with on-call rotation after hours.

Qualifications
• You have previous construction, trade, or maintenance experience, with a demonstrated aptitude to trouble-shoot and provide solutions
• Plumbing, electrical and/or mechanical experience an asset.
• You have had previous general hands-on maintenance experience such as light carpentry, painting, replacing electrical motors, plumbing fixtures and piping.
• You have a valid Class 5 Drivers License, with a satisfactory driving record that demonstrates safety.
