Are you the right fit?

Actively engage in and coordinate the delivery and evaluation of a variety of Adult and Seniors programs and services such as fitness centre orientations, personalized exercise programs, and new member and new-to-exercise experiences
Work together with team to explore and implement new ideas and opportunities
Instruct a variety of fitness classes
Act as a mentor and provide professional development opportunities for the team
Experience in hiring, scheduling, payroll administration, supervising and coaching staff
Able to manage and monitor monthly budgets, including purchasing equipment and supplies
Manage registration waiting lists, monitor staff certifications, program statistics, create reports and database management

Qualifications

What else do you need?

Post-secondary education or course work in Recreation, Kinesiology, or related program. Experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirements
2+ years of experience in program delivery for adults and seniors
1+ years of experience leading a team
Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
Strong customer service, time management, communication and problem solving/decision making skills
Strong administration skills, (computer, budgets, database usage)
Must be able to work a flexible variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
