Positions are located in the St. Vital, West Kildonan, and Maples areas of Winnipeg. Shifts are 3 hours per day, after school.

Able to develop warm, caring and responsive relationships with youth and their parents/caregivers
Able to engage in recreational and leisure activities with participants

Qualifications

Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel to a variety of programs throughout Winnipeg
Education, training and/or demonstrated knowledge and ability to work with youth who require additional support is preferred
Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, Adult Abuse Registry Check and Child Abuse Registry Check

Assets:

WEVAS or NVCI training
ASL knowledge
