WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Manage and oversee QuickBooks Online for all accounting tasks, including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
• Administer and optimize our ERP system, Fulcrum, to streamline inventory management, order processing, production scheduling, and supply chain operations. (ERP implementation in progress.)
• Conduct cost analysis and provide financial oversight of production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage purchasing and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in operational and financial processes.
• Prepare and present financial data to support management decision-making.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems (experience with Fulcrum or similar platforms is considered an asset).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or production shop operations.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
