Join the Camp Cantina team as a part or full-time Kitchen Hand!
Located in the heart of Wasagaming townsite in Riding Mountain National Park

CAMP CANTINA is a multi purpose stop - Deli service with tasty takeaway, patio & picnic fare, with our groceteria shelves stocked with unique, local provisions & supply. We turn Wine Bar & Restaurant in the evening just in time for happy hour, serving up small plates meant for sharing.

We strive to have a creative, collaborative & fun work environment, providing a unique and excellent experience for our customers!

START: mid May to mid October (will work around school schedule)
HOURS: Spring/Fall: 20hrs/week; Summer 30hrs/week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain kitchen readiness, upkeep all dishes (service & prep)
- Ensure clean & sanitized kitchen space
- Assist Lead Cook with food service during peak service times
- Assist Lead Cook with food preparation where required
- Assist with Deli prep and execution where required

Staff Accommodation at a minimal cost share.

Qualifications

- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not necessary
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player, willing to help wherever needed
- Attention to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
