Details:
- Working hours: 08:30 to 17:00
Regular Tasks Will Include:
- Install, wire and connect a variety of building automation/security/alarm products in newly constructed and existing commercial and residential buildings.
- Read, follow, and understand blueprints or technical diagrams.
- Install, maintain, and/or repair electrical wiring systems and equipment
- Comply strictly with Electrical Code and building regulations
- Completion of work orders, testing and maintenance and reports.
Experience in the Following Will be an Asset:
- Microsoft Office.
- Google Documents.
- Microsoft Windows Operation Systems
- Wireless Networks
- Networks
- Routers
Additional Benefits:
We provide our employees cell phones or offer them $40 per month for those that want to stay on their own plan.
Qualifications
- Education and Requirements: Manitoba Electrician Licence, Inter-Provincial Journeyman Electrician Certificate (Red Seal)
- Language requirements: English
- Experience: Experience in Piping and Low Voltage Wiring an asset
- Ability to obtain a criminal record check, be bondable and a clean drivers abstract.
- On the job training will be provided
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Must be comfortable doing light physical labour including work at heigh and in confined spaces
- Must be available for overnight travel when required
