Kitchen Supervisor – Shanks Driving Range & Grill
Shanks Driving Range & Grill is looking for a dependable, experienced Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our back of house team. We are a, fast-paced entertainment venue combining a full service restaurant with our TopTracer driving range and GolfZon simulators. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in organization and cleanliness, and enjoys leading a team to deliver consistent, high quality food at a quick pace.
Key responsibilities
• Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
• Assist with scheduling, prep, party planning, and inventory management
• Support with food and beverage ordering
• Train new kitchen staff and reinforce procedures with the team
• Work closely with the front of house leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
What we’re looking for
• Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and team first mindset
