We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fuel Station & Convenience Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall store performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the fuel station and convenience store
Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage
Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service
Monitor fuel and store inventory; coordinate orders and deliveries
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards
Handle cash management, deposits, and financial reporting
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual standards
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
