This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and communicates confidently across multiple teams. The position is based in Brandon, Manitoba, with regular travel to branch locations to support sales initiatives.
What You Will Do
• Lead, coach, and organize the sales team, working closely with Branch Managers and Sales Agronomists to drive performance and professional growth
• Manage crop protection and seed portfolios, collaborating with internal teams, distributors, and manufacturers to maximize our sales programs
• Enhance and execute effective planning processes across retail locations for crop protection, seed, fertilizer, and crop nutrition programs
• Support and strengthen branch-level sales strategies through hands-on involvement and leadership
