Keller Developments is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Carpenter Apprentices (Levels 1–4) to join our construction team. If you take pride in quality workmanship and want to build your career with a stable, locally owned company, we want to hear from you.
You’ll work on a variety of residential, commercial, and multi-residential projects across Southwestern Manitoba, contributing to high-quality builds that serve our community, while developing hands-on experience alongside experienced crews.

Qualifications
• Registered Apprentice (Levels 1–4) or pursuing apprenticeship
• Previous construction experience is an asset
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (Class 3 is an asset)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
