About the Role
Rhino Property Management is seeking a motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. The successful candidate will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and property improvements across our residential and commercial portfolio while delivering quality workmanship and excellent service.
Duties
• Complete general maintenance and repair work at residential and commercial properties
• Perform drywall patching, painting, carpentry, and minor plumbing repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented properties
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Requirements
• Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related trade is considered an asset.
• Experience with drywall repairs, general carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing repairs.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
