YWCA Westman

Overview

Join a team rooted in compassion, respect, and meaningful community support.
YWCA Westman supports individuals and children escaping violence, and we are looking for a

The ideal candidate has experience in human resources administration, recruitment,
onboarding, employee records, and working within a unionized environment. You are an
excellent communicator, confident facilitator, and detail-focused professional who understands
confidentiality, employment standards, workplace safety, human rights, privacy, and respectful
workplace practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, HR information systems,
and electronic file management is important.
A post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Non-Profit
