Overview
We are starting a nursery for native plants, and we need a head grower. You will operate a 14,000sqft low-tech production facility (3x heated poly greenhouses) producing ~400,000 plants, and you’ll be responsible for all aspects of plant production and nursery operations. This position offers a high degree of independence as the entire operation of the native plants nursery will be directed by you.
