About the Role
Westman Lumber Supply Ltd. is seeking a motivated, outgoing person to join our sales and customer service team. Experience in the building supply industry is not required. We are willing to train someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with learning new skills, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in providing great customer service.
• Assist customers in-store, over the phone and via email
• Help customers find the right products for their projects
• Prepare quotes, process sales, and follow up on customer requests
• Learn our lumber, hardware, and building material product lines
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and other customers

Qualifications
Requirements
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable working with customers
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
• Strong communication skills, dependable, organized, and willing to learn
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Knowledge of building material is an asset, but not required
