Overview

MEDIA PRODUCTION INTERNSHIP Mid May – Mid August

Qualifications

Game Day Responsibilities: Handle all media production on all home game days (32 + playoffs). Oversee all aspects of electronic equipment in use on game day. Those to include, but not limited to - Scoring computer / software, video broadcasting, video cameras, still cameras and assist away team broadcast (as required). Ensure smooth production of game. Ensure that all equipment is operational and ready to use prior to game. Assist in troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Assist in all pre-game set-up and post-game tear down operations as needed Produce a post-game “show” which may include player interviews, coach interviews, highlights, etc. to be broadcast online (Facebook Live). General Responsibilities: Must be able to contact support of vendors and troubleshoot problems or situations (Stretch Internet, Igniter Ticketing, etc.) Maintain and update graphics on video broadcast (scoreboard, logos, banners, advertisements, etc.) Update music software with any sounders, music, songs, etc. as directed by management Be creative with all aspects of production. (New camera angle(s), new graphics, etc.) Required Skills: Excellent communication and time management/organizational skills Must be knowledgeable in the use of Stretch Internet Broadcasting, Audio Broadcast, Sound Systems, Sound Director Software and Point Streak Scoring App or something of similar function Must act in a professional manner during game operation
