Head Cook and Assistant Cook
Overview
Head Cook - Menue planning, ordering groceries, and ablility to cook for large groups. Meal Preperation, preparing options for a variety of dietary needs and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area. Also participate in regular camp activities as able.
Assistant Cook - Assisting the cook in meal preparation, menu planning and cleanliness of the kitchen area. Also participate in regular camp activities as able.
Qualifications
Head Cook - must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Level 1 before they start employment.
Assistant cook - Must be a minimum of 16 years of age and have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Level 1 before they start employment.
