Our client is looking for reliable, hardworking Finishing Carpenters to join their team!

The carpentry professional will service both residential and commercial clients and is responsible for carrying out all carpentry work of restoration projects under the direction of the Construction Manager.

Responsibilities
-Perform finish carpentry work according to plans and specifications
-Follow Work Orders to completion, follow assigned duties and tasks, consistently prepared to attend job sites with appropriate tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring all job site documentation is submitted on time
-The ability to understand and work with project schedules, sketches, imagery, scope of work and work order, and follow instructions on each project
-Understand and follow all safety standards and submit and report all required safety issues and documentation in a timely manner
-Consistently submits all required documentation for projects in a timely manner
-Act professionally on job site, and communicate effectively with clients
-Consistently deliver a high-quality product through detailed craftsmanship, finishing and maintain a clean job site.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualification
-Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with colleagues & clients
-Work in a team environment
-Strong communication skills
-The desire to produce exemplary quality of work
-Ability to work 7:30 am-4:30 pm with possibility of occasional evenings and weekends
-Ability to travel within MB, NW Ontario on occasion is an asset
-Must have a valid driver’s licence and provide a driver abstract
-Provide a clear Criminal Record Check
-Restoration or construction experience would be considered an asset
