Overview
Superior Asphalt Paving Co. Ltd has a position open for a 2nd or 3rd Level Heavy Duty Apprentice.
Fleet consists of construction gas & diesel trucks, ranging from 1/2 ton - 5 ton, as well as small engine equipment. Great opportunity for apprentice to expand his or her knowledge on a variety of equipment.
Position is 8 hr. shift, 5 days per week, no weekends. Overtime available during busy season. Gas and diesel journeymen are available to provide training and direction.
Shop is well equipped and safely operated.
Qualifications
-Class 1 or 3 license is an asset
-Apprentice must have own tools, safety boots
-Good work ethic
-Good housekeeping skills
-Great penmanship, able to write their own repair reports
-Must be punctual, with keen willingness to learn and take direction
-Must work well with others
