Reports to: Store Manager
Purpose: The Retail Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service to all customers at all times. You will make customers feel welcome in our store, help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will also be your responsibility. You will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied which will contribute to the store’s profitability.
