Office Admin/Customer Service Role
We are seeking a skilled Service and Support Administration person to join our growing team of professionals at Budget Blinds of Southwest Manitoba. This role will primarily be focused on providing day-to-day administrative support for the showroom while maintaining smooth operational paper flow. This person’s role is essentially to handle the day to day operations of the showroom, allowing sales staff to focus on In-Home consultations. If you are a hard-working individual and a communicator, who believes in providing an outstanding customer experience with a team of people who love what they do, this is the ideal opportunity for you!
Duties include but are not limited to….
Providing excellent service on the telephone; scheduling appointments and installations, handling inquiries and customer requests
Providing excellent service to customers who visit the showroom
Placing orders with vendors both online and over the phone, and monitoring the flow of product
Data entry in proprietary software systems
Maintaining daily employee schedules
Maintaining showroom presentation
Several clerical duties including file creation and maintenance
Qualifications
Previous Customer Service in any category is preferred
Computer Proficiency
Excellent Telephone Communication Skills
