Seasonal Reception

Overview

This key role is responsible for greeting our clients, answering telephones and assisting with administrative functions for the location. As the first point of contact, this position is the “face” of the organization. Presenting an image of “friendly, knowledgeable professionalism”, the receptionist is responsible for greeting customers, guests and teammates in person and via the telephone.

In addition to reception duties, the Receptionist provides administrative and other support as needed to all members of the dealership. Supporting all teams with inventory, document processing, mail distribution, etc. is all part of a diverse day.

Must have: experience in an office environment, effective customer communication and customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and reliable attendance. A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems.

The successful candidate must be a team player.

This is a term, full-time position
