Preschool Supervisor- ECE II/III-Permanent/FT
Overview
SPLASH Early Learning Centre at 109 Pulford Street (Augustine Centre) is looking for a Preschool Supervisor for our BRAND NEW 64 space preschool program. This is a full-time, permanent position. The Preschool Supervisor will be supported by the Leadership Team (ED, AD, Admin).
SPLASH Cares has a land-based, relationship-focused, and emergent, curriculum. We are informed by the Circle of Security. We use Moe the Mouse and Tea Tree Tells in our curriculum.

We offer paid professional development and 3 weeks of vacation time after 1 year.
This position is based on a 40 hour work week.

Qualifications
ECE II/III Certificate required
Current First Aid with Level C CPR Certificate
Will need to provide a clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Persons and Child Abuse Registry Check
Will be able to embrace change and be an innovative, pedagogical leader
Knowledge or experience with Forest School is an asset
Proficiency in Child Care Pro, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office Suite required
Experience guiding the implementation of an emergent program
Be prepared to promote playing outside in all weathers!
