Early Childhood Educator 11

Assiniboine Early Learning Centre is looking for an ECE II for a full time, term 1-year position with a possibility of term being extended. This position is based on a 7.5-hour day. (Scheduled for 8 hours, 1-hour break ½ paid ½ unpaid, net 7.5 hour day).

Wage is based on experience, please see wage scale below. This competition will remain open until filled.

The successful candidate must have an ECE II diploma, current First Aid and CPR certificate, clear a Criminal Record and Child Abuse Check and Vulnerable Sector Search.

The successful candidate will be expected to be available to work different shifts between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., be a team player with good communication skills, able to plan and implement activities for children ages 3 months to 6 years and be familiar with the provincial licensing manual.
