The School of Health & Human Services is looking for a Job Coach to work with learners in the second year of the Child Development Worker program to be delivered in Sandy Bay First Nation. You will demonstrate strong skill sets in career coaching, facilitation, reporting and working with diverse learners.

You are passionate about student success and engagement and are versed in the principles of building a community through higher education. Cooperation, communication and commitment within Frist Nation, Inuit and Metis communities we serve and with our stakeholders are the foundations of this role.

Take Initiative.

You are independent and positive. You will work proactively with students, staff and program partners in the second year of the Child Development Worker program, understanding the interaction between academics, personal life and career development.

Deliver Results.

You have the compassion and knowledge to support learners to achieve their goals. You are a creative problem solver who works well in a role that is multifaceted. You will have experience in supporting learners and a relevant diploma or degree.
