Sales Consultant

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Consultant builds respectful, trusted “business partner” type relationships with customers, with relative ease. They enjoy the thrill of making a sale, and knowing they are trusted advisors in providing solution-based sales to customers to aid in the success of their operations.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

Must have:

Proven track record in a sales role, demonstrating the ability to grow sales in an identified territory
Experience with Wholegoods would be an asset
Agricultural background, post-secondary education in Agribusiness and/or industry experience would be an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to consult with customers and identify products to suit their needs
Confidence addressing customer concerns
Exemplary interpersonal relationship skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer-based programs
A valid class 5 Driver’s license with a clean abstract is required
