To support that challenge, the Commercial Operations team is currently seeking Commercial Operations Intern, this role can be based in Guelph, Ontario, Calgary, Alberta, or remotely across Canada. As a Commercial Operations Intern, you will work alongside our team to develop relationships with customers across Canada, and support in delivering the right product to the right place at the right time

Accountabilities

- Provides high quality customer service to Syngenta customers from managing orders to fulfilling the customers’ requirements in a timely manner
- Balances inventory requirements between warehouses and supply points in alignment with the business plan.
- Create and service retail partner demand for Syngenta products
- Developing relationships with customers through effective communication and virtual connection, primarily over the telephone
- Maintains integrity of Syngenta customer data including the setup of new or update to existing customer information

Duration: January 2022 – May 2022

Requirements

- A positive attitude and excitement for learning
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Comfortable working in an office or remote environment
- Ability to travel within Canada
- Proof of full COVID Vaccination Required
