Position: Training Coordinator, AAA

Job Status: Regular - Full Time

We have an immediate opportunity for a Trainer to join BellMTS Smart Home Central Monitoring Station located in Winnipeg. If you love interacting with people and have experience with Adult education, this is a perfect opportunity for you! The CMS Trainer acts as the key New Hire Trainer for our Central Monitoring Station Operators.

The Trainer will also provide coaching and mentoring to Operators as required. Primary responsibilities will be to assess, define, develop and deliver training courses for operators. When training is not scheduled the Trainer will be required to assist with data entry and/or handling alarms.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and facilitate site training delivery including Alarm handling, Data entry and other training required to meet company targets
Work with leadership to identify individual and team training requirements
Coach and mentor all new and existing Agents when required
Analyst root cause of performance issues to determine if training is the required solution
Contribute to the design and development of curriculum
Gather and analyze participant feedback on training courses and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the training
Maintain training records including attendance
Liaison with IT team to ensure the training room computer equipment is in working order and all necessary hardware, software and connectivity is in place
Handle alarms or perform data entry duties when not performing training duties

Qualifications:

Excellent presentation skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Minimum of 1 year experience training in the Contact/Call Centre industry considered an asset
Analytical thinker
Collaborative team player
Strong focus on creating a positive customer experience
Ability to express thoughts clearly and simply
Knowledge of SBN considered an asset

Working Conditions:

Schedule: Flexible to accommodate a 24/7/365 Operation
Work onsite and remotely
