Overview
Assist with customer requests, AR, AP, month end processes, credit references, and other assigned tasks as needed. Also obtain tenant information and organization of records for apartment rentals.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to maintain accuracy and pay attention to detail
Demonstrate time management, organization and prioritization
