Accounting Clerk
Overview
THE ROLE
CFMWS’ Finance division provides relevant, reliable, and cost effective financial management and accounting services to support the success of CFMWS operations.
Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Accounting Clerk is responsible for accurate and prompt recording of NPF financial transactions in accordance with established regulations and policies. They assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports, as well as the maintenance of the accounting records.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, Office Administration or a related field and some years’ experience in administration or in a related field.
An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
Experience
In bookkeeping
In assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
In providing customer service
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
