Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Accounting Manager located in the community of Neepawa, MB.
Your days will include:
- Prepare and complete month-end sales and labour analysis
- Supervision of accounting staff
- Preparation of monthly production estimate, daily production profit/loss schedule and Yield Reports
- Review and improve transactional procedures and controls
- Ensure accurate processing of accounting function
- Business, systems, and accounting improvement initiatives
- Report writing
- Account reconciliations
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you possess:
- Professional designation or working towards CPA (CA, CGA or CMA)
- Ability to apply accounting solutions to business challenges
- Advanced computer skills with accounting, manufacturing, & MS software
- Agricultural or manufacturing background would be an asset
