Overview
MNP is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in our Southern Manitoba region (Brandon, Deloraine, Neepawa, Portage & Swan River) as permanent full-time Accounting Technicians starting in May 2020.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide accounting services to our clients including preparation of financial statements, working papers as well as personal and corporate tax returns.
The ideal candidate:
• Completion of Financial Accounting 1-4 and Taxation 1 courses is considered an asset
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and record keeping practices and concepts
• Has experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), experience with Quickbooks/Simply Accounting and payroll is considered an asset
