Ag Field Service Technician
Overview
AgWest Ltd. is one of Canada’s most prominent agricultural equipment dealers with five locations throughout Manitoba.
Our Ag Field Service Technicians are responsible for supporting the customer out in the field with Ag equipment expertise (diagnosis and repairs) that are completed in a timely manner and with a high level of quality.
• Demonstrate workplace safety, environmentally sound and healthy behaviors at all times
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using testing equipment out in the field
• Effectively repair Ag heavy equipment product lines represented by AgWest
• Prepare accurate service and repair reports in a timely manner
• Maintain excellent customer relations through frequent communication
Qualifications
• Licensed Technicians with proven industry experience and a mechanical aptitude to safely and effectively diagnose and repair Ag equipment
• Safety conscious, proven positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service
• Self-motivated and able to work with a sense of urgency
• Focused on completing work with a high standard of quality
• Strong computer skills are an asset
• Willing and able to work shifts as required in support of the business
• A valid Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract
