Qualifications
Key Accountabilities
Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors at all times, in support of our Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using testing equipment in the field
Effectively repair Ag heavy equipment product lines represented by Ag West
Prepare accurate, customer friendly service and repair reports in a timely manner
Maintain excellent customer relations through frequent, proactive communication
Key Qualifications
You have your technician license combined with proven industry experience, knowledge and a mechanical aptitude to safely and effectively diagnose and repair Ag equipment
Safety conscious, proven positive approach and passion for your work and for providing excellent customer service Self-motivated and able to work with a sense of urgency
You enjoy troubleshooting and take pride in your work delivering quality results
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes
You are willing and able to work shifts as required in support of the business
You have a valid Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract
