We are currently recruiting new graduates to join our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centres across Western Canada. As an Agribusiness Assistant (ABA) you will have the opportunity to take part in a one-year development program with exposure to major areas within agribusiness and agronomy. This one-year program is designed to help ABAs identify their specific career path in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Grain Sales and Marketing, Crop Inputs or Operations.
Responsibilities
You will gain hands on experience in:
- Crop Inputs
- Agronomy
- Grain Handling
- Grading and Blending
- Grain Marketing and Sales
- Operations Management
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Agriculture or Business degree or diploma program
- Interested in a career in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Input Sales or Grain Marketing
- Safety focused, organized and detail oriented
- Excelled communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of initiative with the ability to work as a team
