Assistant Manager
Overview
We are a 19 Guest Room & 100 Seat high-volume restaurant seeking a manager to assist owners with daily operations. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Establishing and maintaining excellent guest service
-Maintaining seamless operation of daily function of the Inn
-Assist in recruiting, training and coaching of team members
-Ability to build and maintain lasting positive relationships with guests and employees
-Execute company programs and service standards on an ongoing basis
-Follow provincial Health, Food Safety and Liquor service legislative regulations
Qualifications
-Strong leadership skills and strong passion for culinary experience and guest service
-2+ Years experience in hospitality industry
-Minimum Grade 12 High School diploma, preference given to candidate with post secondary education
-Possess a Class 5 driver's license
