Bakery Manager
Overview
Reporting to the Food Division Manager, the Bakery Manager is responsible for merchandising and displays, ordering, receiving, margin control, and overall management of the bakery department at the Virden Food Store. The Bakery Manager effectively and efficiently guides the direction of the bakery department to drive the growth of revenue and productivity, along with promoting high customer satisfaction. The Bakery Manager ensures the integration of retail goals as they pertain to the department and manages required administrative needs.
Qualifications

• You have 1-3 years experience in a retail setting with baking experience.
