Overview
Successful candidate will report to the kitchen manager and perform tasks including prepping fresh product for the day and helping to cook a la carte orders for the dining room and assist in catering orders as well. Closing duties apply as well. We make our own soups, sauces, gravy, burgers, Grocery mart frozen entrees and some baked goods. This position consists mostly of line work, however we are a team oriented business and everyone pitches in everywhere in the kitchen.
Qualifications
2 year culinary arts diploma, Kitchen experience an asset but not necessary. This is a day time position so must be a graduate as we won't be able to work around school hours.
