Qualifications
Able to work as a team and independently
Able to follow and prepare restaurant recipes from scratch
Adhere to safety guidelines with respect to sanitation and cleanliness
Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products
operate kitchen equipment safely
Comfortable with repetitive work procedures and standing for long periods
Able to function in a small kitchen setting
Able to prioritize and remain calm in a fast-paced setting
Set up and clean station according to restaurant protocol
Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedule
