Overview
We are a year round restaurant in West Kelowna located at Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery. We feature a welcoming environment with a menu that reflects the region and the season. Our food is approachable yet refined. Based on the butchery concept, we are doing meat cutting and charcuterie in house along with pickled items, mustards, and preserves for our retail market. A philosophy of sharing knowledge, positivity, and encouragement is the foundation of the nurturing culture in our kitchen.
Qualifications
Culinary students and graduates are welcome. Experience is a bonus, but the right attitude and a desire to learn and contribute are essential.
