Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Manager: Supervisor, Customer Service
Note: This is an in-office position.

Due to our continued success, we are seeking an Customer Service Representative to join our Packaging Systems Group in Winnipeg, Manitoba (2073 Logan Ave. Unit 6).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Process orders received by telephone, email or other communication
-Initiate credit/debits for returned goods, price discrepancies, taxes, etc.
-Assist with customer orders and inquiries
-Initiate and send credit applications and provincial tax forms for new customers
-Expedite orders and collect on past due accounts to provide prompt release of orders when necessary
-Initiate consignment paperwork for sales staff
-Work closely with Sales Representatives
-Communicate with Supervisor when customer issues arise in order to ensure customer satisfaction
-Additional office duties as assigned
Qualifications
Three years of inside sales, customer service or related work experience is an asset
Education in office administration is an asset but not required
Some metals experience is preferred but not required
Some web based ERP system experience is an asset
Able to communicate effectively
Able to work independently
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
