Fundraising Team Manager

Overview

Are you a passionate leader with experience in fundraising? We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to manage a new retail-based fundraising team in Winnipeg advocating for the CNIB, a national charity that supports adults and children with sight loss.

You will be responsible for training and motivating a team of face-to-face fundraisers to achieve personal and team targets. The ideal Team Leader has a proven track record achieving targets and will lead from the front, using their excellent communication skills and fundraising ability to acquire quality monthly donations.

This is an excellent first step into management, and you will work closely with our Program Manager and National Field Director. We are looking for someone who is target-driven, self-motivated, and who thrives in a positive and diverse team environment.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:
- Fundraising experience is required (Mall, Street or Door to Door)
- Ability to engage and motivate others
- A passion for leading from the front, charities, and fundraising
- Ability to develop talent and train skills to others
- Someone who wants to advance in their fundraising career
- Access to a vehicle and ability to drive is an asset
