Alternative Landscaping Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Associates to for our Garden Centre. Professionalism is of utmost importance to ensure our clients leave our store with confidence of being able to succeed. Full-time positions available.
Qualifications
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to interact effectively, professionally, courteously with customers and team members
• Ability to operate a POS system and accurately collect payments and provide change.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of, and experience with block, plants, trees, shrubs, and related products is an asset
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy objects
• Capable of being on your feet for extended periods on concrete floors
• Able to tolerate temperature and humidity extremes – both hot and humid, and cold and damp.
• During our peak season, we’re open 7 days a week; team members are required to be available to all shifts including, evenings, weekends and holidays
