Overview
The Alternative Landscaping Ltd. Greenhouse Head Grower develops and executes the annual Grower’s Plan, outlining each season’s planting, resource requirements, and projected sales. They lead the team responsible for ensuring the crop is healthy, workspaces are maintained, and sales presentations are optimal.
Qualifications
• Production experience including planning, monitoring, interventions, and recording.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and software applications.
• Experience in a greenhouse grower/team leader role.
• Hold or obtain Pesticide Applicator License.
• Highly organized and possess sound decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and cycles in seasonal workflow.
• Highly adaptable to fast-changing priorities.
