Responsibilities:
General Kitchen Duties
-Create a memorable experience for guests by providing a quality dining experience i.e. follow specified recipes in food preparation, ensure efficiency in process and quality of brand
-Awareness of menu items, specials and current promotions
-Provide suggestions/feedback for food/drink items to management
Operations
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
-Conduct kitchen inventory checks/complete logs and inform management of any requirements
-Communicate any concerns in operations to on-duty supervisor/management
-Commitment to continuous training/development
Health & Safety
-Handling/storing food and supplies with care and in compliance with health standards
-Follow guidelines provided i.e. security procedures, start/end of day checklists etc.
