Office Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant. This is a dynamic hybrid role which includes tasks such as answering phones, meeting and greeting agents and potential clients, preparing board packages and other documentation, assisting agents with requests, receiving and distributing mail, database management, and other standard admin tasks such as typing, filing, copying and faxing. Office Assistant Job Purpose:

Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers.

Office Assistant Job Duties:

• Serves customers by answering multi-line phone system, answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
• Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
