Parts Consultant
Overview
Mazergroup is a family of machinery dealerships offering agricultural, construction, and commercial turf equipment, sales, parts, and service. With eighteen locations across Manitoba and Southern Saskatchewan, we are ideally positioned to serve our customers throughout our territory.
As part of the parts team, Parts Consultant provides enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and professional customer support. In addition, the Parts Consultant is expected to manage and maintain parts inventories and displays as well as solicit additional sales, handle sales transactions and reporting effectively and accurately.
So, what does a Parts Consultant do?
Always provides exceptional customer service by quickly and proficiently identifying issues and requirements using all available resources
Ensuring yourself and the counter/display areas are presented daily in a clean, neat, and organized fashion
Provides timely service – notify customers when a part comes in and when a part does not come in when guaranteed

Parts related experience
Retail experience in an agricultural/automotive environment
Experience handling cash
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail and are self-motivated
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
