Overview
The Administrator will be responsible for preparation and processing of a semi monthly payroll. This includes daily maintenance of time sheets and tracking all payroll deductions. The Administrator will be compliant with all Provincial and Federal Tax rules and adhere to the company policies and procedures. The administrator is also responsible for performing data entry and related duties in accounts payable. This position involves diplomatic interaction with vendors and employees within the organization. The administrator will also ensure the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable. Such as, purchase orders, expenses, and any other accounting transactions related to the position.
Qualifications
Post-Secondary diploma in Business Administration is required.
• 1-3 years' experience with Payroll administration is an asset. WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE . (PAYWORKS software
knowledge an asset)
• Ability to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team.
• Strong Mathematical and Analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
• Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Applicants must present strong organizational, reporting and time management skills
