Product Manager
Overview
TheoryMesh is an early stage start up created to digitize the food supply chain. Ultimately we seek to increase food safety and traceability while creating a data driven approach to sustainability and supply chain optimization. These are big goals and reaching them requires an amazing team.
We are searching for a Product Manager intern who can work with customers to explore their processes and data, capturing their needs and challenges for our team. The Product Manager intern will act as the voice of the customer for our team as we implement and develop new products. The Product Manager intern will be curious, creative and a self-starter. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with our team to quickly address customer needs.
This internship position will last a minimum of 6 months.
Qualifications
- Completed Post-Secondary degree in Science, Engineering or Agriculture from Canadian institution
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Agriculture and Food industry is desirable
- 15 to 30 years of age at the start of the internship
- a post-secondary graduate
- a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada or person granted refugee status in Canada
legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial legislation and regulations
- a first-time participant in a Youth Employment and Skills Strategy work experience program targeted at post-secondary graduates
